After receaving your written booking confirmation and a deposit (to agree) per apartment the booking is considered firm. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Cash (max. € 4.999,99) or bank transfer - and bank card

• Up to 1 month before your expected arrival, cancellations or modifications are free of charge.
• For cancellations from 1 month to 7 days prior to arrival we will charge 70% of the total price.
• For cancellation within the last week before arrival and on premature departure, belated arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the total package price.

On the day of arrival, the booked apartments are available from 3 pm to 5 pm. In case of late arrival, please give us a preceding communication!

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 9 am. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests. Thanks for your understanding!

Once in San Candido, follow the signs with the green arrows.

In our garage there is one parking space per apartment available for your car.
